How can I book to attend a conference?
You can book to attend a conference via our online booking process. This can be located by selecting the specific conference or masterclass you wish to attend and clicking the 'Book Now' button located to the left of the brochure image.
Alternatively you can fill in a booking form which can be downloaded from our website by clicking the 'Download Brochure' button on the page for the conference or masterclass you wish to attend and either email it to us as an attachment or fax it.
Can I book to attend a conference by telephone?
We are happy to take bookings over the telephone please call us on 01932 429933 with the delegate details and payment information, you can pay by card or we can invoice.
Can I pay by invoice?
If you would like pay by invoice please tick the 'by invoice' box and fill in the address details. Please note if your organisation requires a purchase order number to be quoted on the invoice, please request this from your supplier/finance department and provide this to us at your earliest convenience, in order for us to be able to raise an invoice and process your booking.
How much does the conference cost?
To find out the price of a conference or masterclass please go to the specific event page and scroll down to the 'Fee Options' box.
Is accommodation included in the conference price?
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee however we have appointed Venue Search to assist with booking overnight accommodation for delegates. Accommodation options will be sent to you on confirmation of your booking.
Where do I put the promotional code when booking online?
There is an option to put in your promotional code on the third page of the online booking form under 'Promotional Discount Voucher', if your code is not recognised please contact us.
When will my discount be applied so I know if it is correct before I press confirm when booking online?
Entering a valid discount code in the 'Promotional Discount Voucher' box will adjust the fee detailed in the 'Order Details' box to the right of the page.
Do we accept American Express?
We do not accept American Express however we accept all other major credit and debit cards.
Can you reserve me a provisional place?
We are able to reserve you a place provisionally. To reserve your place please contact us. Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive a completed booking form.
If I have booked to attend a conference and I am now unable to attend, can someone else go in my place?
We are happy to substitute delegates at any time. We need all changes in writing please contact us with the replacement details.
Can I cancel my booking to attend the conference?
A refund, less a 20% administration fee, will be made if cancellations are received, in writing, at least 4 weeks before the conference. We regret that any cancellation after this time cannot be refunded, and that refunds for failure to attend the conference cannot be made, but substitute delegates are welcome at any time.
